MILES JOHNSTON

"LIMINALITY"

December 14th - January 4th 2025

 

Our 2025 began with a bang as we celebrated the few days of Miles Johnston's stunning solo exhibition, Liminality, at our New York City location on Ludlow Street. The artist's surreal visions captivated our collectors and it was a treat to host his debut coffee table monograph book signing and release.

THE RED ENVELOPE SHOW

GROUP EXHIBITION

February 1st - February 22nd 2025

 

In February we helped kick off Lunar New Year with the return of The Red Envelope Show! This dynamic group exhibition featured hundreds of original works created on traditonal Chinese red envelopes, along with a traditional lion dance troupe performance that brought our exhibition that took over Rivington Street. A huge thank you to curator Grumpy Bert for his amazing eye and for putting this one together!

CHRIS RWK

YOU WON'T ALWAYS FEEL THIS WAY

February 15th - March 8th 2025

 

We celebrated Valentine's Day weekend in proper NYC fashion with an all new exhibition by renowned local artist Chris RWK who's beloved street art has been delighting New Yorkers for over two decades. Attendees got a special treat, custom hand made robot shaped chocolates!

OUTSIDER ART FAIR

ALISON FRIEND AND RAVI ZUPA

February 22nd - March 2nd 2025

 

Harman Projects made our Outsider Art Fair debut with a two person exhibition featuring Alison Friend (UK) and Ravi Zupa (Denver). The written word and an outsider perspective connected these two artists with Friend's background in children's books and Zupa's typewriter sculptures culminating in a sold out and much talked about presentation.

JEREMY FISH

THE MORAL COMPASS

March 1st - March 29th 2025

 

Hometown legend Jeremy Fish returned in 2025 with an all new solo exhibition at our space in San Francisco's Minnesota Street Project. Featuring a collaborative series of illustrated text created with his mother, these new fables brought an allegorical twist to the artist's iconic characters and illustrative storytelling.

DREAM WRANGLERS

April 12th - May 3rd 2025

 

Canadian artist Alex Garant returned to the gallery for her second solo exhibition,gracing our walls with all new figurative op-art  paintings. Dream Wranglers turned the artist's gaze inwards and represented a step forward in her already tremendous talent.

SHEPARD FAIREY

FRACTURED

June 14th - July 26th 2025

 

Legendary artist and activist Shepard Fairey returned to the Bay Area for his debut solo exhibition at Harman Projects inside the Minnesota Street Project. This massive survey of recent works featured original hand embellished works, screen prints on metal, paper and wood, an outdoor mural, and an insightful artist talk with arts critic Carlo McCormick.

MC MARQUIS

SORRY NOT SORRY

July 12th - August 2nd 2025

 

French Canadian artist MC Marquis returned to our NYC gallery location on Rivington Street for her second solo presentation, Sorry Not Sorry. The artist's biting commentary rexamines traditianal female roles and societal expecations through a series of sometimes shocking but also humorous work on found ceramics.

CAITLIN MCCORMACK

THERE YOU WILL FIND THE STONE

July 12th - August 2nd 2025

 

Artist Caitlin McCormack's intensly personal There You Will the Stone explored themes of loss and mortality through her craft-based process. Childhood mementos and existential dread meet in a faux museum presentation ecapsulating her psyche for the public.

CONTRASTS

August 2nd - August 23rd 2025

 

Canadian artist Chris Austin retunred for his second solo presentation with the gallery, his first in San Francisco. This series of new surrealistic and natural works were a delight to present and a wonderful way to celebrate the release of his debut monograph.

SCOTT LISTFIELD

EXTINCTION STORIES

August 2nd - August 23rd 2025

 

Los Angeles-based artist Scott Listfield returned for his latest solo exhibition with the gallery, his second with us in San Francisco following his 2018 exhibition Algorithm. For his latest, Listfield presented new dystopian visions of the future, with a focus on iconic Bay Area landmarks. This exhibition also served as the debut of his second art book, it was great having him in attendance for a signing!

LUKE CHUEH

MAKING LIGHT OF THE DARKNESS

August 16th - September 6th 2025

 

For his debut NYC solo exhibition, artist Luke Chueh brought his trademark self portaits to the forefront, exploring dark personal themes through his disarmingly cute antrhopomorphisms. It was a real treat to finally be able to bring Luke's work to New York, we look forward to working with him again!

ALISON FRIEND

LOVE BITE

November 8th - December 6th 2025

 

UK-based artist Alison Friend made her NYC solo show debut at our gallery on Ludlow Street this year, presenting a lovely exhibition featuring heartwarming portraits of pets and animals getting into (mostly) good trouble. Alison was kind enough to sign books for over two hours at the opening, thank you Alison!

For his second solo exhibition at our Rivington Street space, artist Matthew Grabelsky explored  portraiture through a Disney-fied lens. Faireytale favorites recontextualized in a contemporary setting mixing the familiar with the new.

Since our debut exhibition at the Miami Art Fairs in 2011, we've always strived to bring the best and most dynamic presentation possible and this year was no exception. New works from Mark Drew, Shepard Fairey, Chuck Sperry, Ravi Zupa, Greg Simkins, Travis Louie, Miles Johnston and MC Marquis made for another amazing year in the most important stateside art event, we're already missing the sunshine!

MUSIC ISLAND

Husband and wife duo Kelly Tunsall and Ferris Plock (KEFE) returned for another collaborative exhibition celebrating music, marriage and art making. Through paintings, drawings, sound installation, and community events, these two artists helped remind us how amazing the San Francisco art scene is and how lucky we are to be a part of it!
